As our team expanded from our landscaping roots we saw the need to ensure that we remain ONE. Hence the formation of TimberlineOne, to provide unity and cultivate growth for our community, clients, and our team.

Tim Emick
Owner/Chairman
Tim started Timberline Landscaping in 1982 with the goal of “Creating a little bit of Heaven” for each client. He holds numerous certifications including: Landscape Industry Certifications in Hardscape and Softscape Installation, Irrigation, Ornamental and Turf Maintenance, is a Certified Snow Professional, and a Landscape Industry Certified Manager.
Judd Bryarly
Chief Executive Officer
Judd has been with Timberline since 1992. Mr. Bryarly has served as President of the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado and is Landscape Industry Certified in Installation and a Certified Landscape Professional through PLANET. 30 Hour OSHA Certified.
Stephanie Early
Chief of Strategy
Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2007 with a B.F.A in Photography and is Certified in Inbound Marketing. She began her career at Timberline Landscaping in 2013 and has since transformed the brand image and content strategy. Stephanie now helps us keep a focus on strategic planning and execution for all of the Timberline ONE companies.
Craig Nesbit
Chief Financial Officer
Joining the company in 2017, Craig brings over 25 years of construction and real estate development experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Timberline ONE companies. Craig holds an active Colorado CPA certificate, an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED). He is responsible for the overall financial operations of the company including financial and job reporting, cash flow management and forecasting, risk management and Information Technology among other duties.
Jason Cederblom
Financial Controller
From Stillwater, Oklahoma, Jason was in the Army for 7 years as a Finance Specialist. He attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with his Accounting degree in 2019. He began at Timberline that same year as a Staff Accountant and promoted to Financial Controller in 2022. In his free time Jason enjoys hiking and camping with his wife, Julie, and their two boys, Jude and Jett.
John Koller
Director of Technology
John is the Director of Technology for Timberline. His education includes work toward degrees in Computer Science as well as Media Arts & Animation. He has received numerous certifications in his field including MCP, MOS Master, and UEWA that have allowed him to utilize his skills in Timberline’s technology department. He began his career at Timberline in 2013 and has led the organization with a ‘mobile first’ focus in technology. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and son, collecting and refurbishing classic coin-op games, and developing practical engineering projects using FDM 3D printing.
Janae Reed
Director of Personnel Development
Janae began as our Recruiting Coordinator; she launched her career as an HR assistant which led her to find her passion in recruiting. She has spent the last few years focused on process improvement and developing creative recruiting strategies. She is a native to Colorado and excited to help our company as we continue to grow!
Erick Stover
Safety Manager
Erick has more than 20 years of experience in safety, health and environment in the construction and general industry and has an substantial knowledge of FMCSA. He has an extensive education in Occupational Health and Safety, American Red Cross Instructor in First Aid/CPR/AED, Train the Trainer in mobile cranes and rigging, certified DOT Drug Testing Collector, powered industrial truck trainer, holds other certifications related to safety, and is very well versed in accident investigations. In Erick’s spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, is an avid motorcycle rider, and loves to be outdoors.
Jae Bealena Petersen
Marketing Manager
A transplant from Oregon, Jae received both of her undergraduate degrees in Emerging Media & Digital Arts and Video Production from Southern Oregon University. She completed her MBA in Marketing in the spring of 2020 also from Southern Oregon University. Her hobbies and interests include animation, motion graphics, studio art, design, cooking, reading and beer. She has spent her free time exploring all the food, coffee and outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer with her husband.
Justine Labuca
Recruiting Coordinator
Justine got her start in recruiting at a local marketing firm in Houston and hasn’t looked back since! She’s recruited in all sorts of industries including staffing, warehouse, aviation, home improvement, and telecom. Through recruiting, Justine’s learned how much she enjoys teaching and training others so she is eager to continue developing those skills at Timberline as well as help Timberline continue to grow. Justine enjoys working out, yoga, Zumba, cooking, and travelling.
